As a Public Speaker, Sherry provides educational programs to community and professional groups about creating a fitness lifestyle and older adult health care issues. Drawing upon her experience as a professional stand-up comic and actress, Sherry's humorous approach to good health gets her audiences moving. As a telephone fitness Coach, Sherry motivates sedentary individuals over 40 who recognize the importance of being physically active but don't know how to begin. She assists her clients to initiate a fitness program (at any age) that they will enjoy and maintain for a lifetime. Sherry has unique experience training the woman who is more than 50 pounds overweight. Her favorite time in the week is when she is coaching Special Olympics. Sherry partners with corporations who desire to reduce their healthcare expenses and workers' compensation costs through the development and implementation of a Corporate Wellness Program.
